1. Who we are

HSH Cleaning & Janitorial is a direct-service operating business of Home Service Hub. When you request cleaning through /cleaning, you are asking HSH Cleaning & Janitorial to quote and, if confirmed, to provide and manage the cleaning — not to match you with an independent marketplace provider.

Home Service Hub also operates a separate marketplace. Marketplace providers are independent businesses. They are not HSH Cleaning employees, and this page does not govern marketplace matching.

These terms describe current HSH Cleaning practices. They are not a complete customer contract covering every possible situation. Confirmed quotes and written follow-up control the specific job.

2. Quotes

Submitting a quote form, emailing us, or requesting a walkthrough asks us to review your information. It does not reserve a date, create a booked appointment, or obligate either party to proceed.

We’ll review what you share and follow up to confirm details, scope, pricing, and timing. A quote becomes a scheduled job only after HSH confirms it with you.

What’s included depends on the space and the service. We confirm rooms, tasks, frequency, and extras before work is scheduled.

3. Scheduling and appointment confirmation

Preferred timing on the form is a preference, not a reserved slot.

We schedule visits after the quote is confirmed. If details change — access, occupancy, condition of the space, or scope — we may need to adjust timing or requote.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, email cleaning@homeservicehub.co as soon as you can. We’ll work with you on next steps.

Specific notice windows, fees, or cancellation rules are not set on this page. If a confirmed plan includes those details, the confirmed plan controls.

5. Access to the property

You are responsible for arranging reasonable, lawful access for the visit we confirm — including gates, alarms, parking, elevator or loading instructions, and after-hours entry when that is part of the plan.

Tell us about access constraints in the quote request so we can plan. We confirm access details before we schedule.

6. Pets

If pets will be present or need special handling, tell us in your quote request. We’ll use that information to plan the visit.

You remain responsible for pet safety and for any instructions we need to work safely in the space.

7. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the space, the work you want, and known hazards.
  • Secure valuables, documents, and fragile items you do not want handled.
  • Ensure someone authorized can confirm access and scope questions.
  • Follow any site rules that apply to commercial facilities.

8. Hazardous conditions

Tell us about conditions that could affect a safe visit, such as biohazards, raw sewage, mold you want addressed, chemical spills, or unsafe structures.

HSH Cleaning may decline or pause work that is outside a standard cleaning visit or that appears unsafe. We are not an emergency service and are not a substitute for 911 or specialized remediation contractors.

9. Service limitations

Cleaning is limited to the scope we confirm. We do not assume a universal checklist for every home or workplace.

Move-in, move-out, deep, and turnover visits depend on the condition of the space. Heavy debris, construction dust, or extreme buildup may require a revised plan.

10. Breakage and damage reporting

If something appears damaged or missing in connection with a visit, email cleaning@homeservicehub.co promptly with what you observed. We will review it.

This page does not set dollar caps, waivers, or claims procedures. Those, if any, would be stated in a confirmed plan or a later written policy.

11. Payment

Pricing is based on the space, the service, and frequency. We do not publish a fixed public price list.

How and when you pay is confirmed with your quote. This page does not invent deposits, late fees, or card-on-file rules.

12. Recurring service

Recurring home cleaning may be weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Commercial programs may use a different cadence after we understand the facility.

The cadence is confirmed in your cleaning plan. To pause or end recurring service, email cleaning@homeservicehub.co. Notice windows are not set on this page unless a confirmed plan says otherwise.

13. Commercial access

Workplace quotes may include hours, security, restrooms, kitchens, and other areas you identify.

A requested walkthrough helps us understand the facility. It is not an appointment until we confirm time and location with you.

The person submitting a commercial request should be authorized to share facility details and to coordinate access.

14. Customer-supplied products

We’ll confirm supplies and equipment when we put the quote together. If you prefer we use products you provide, tell us in the request. We’ll say whether that works for the visit.

15. Service quality concerns

If something about a completed visit is not what you expected, email cleaning@homeservicehub.co and include the date and what you’d like us to review.

HSH Cleaning does not currently publish a legally binding satisfaction guarantee, free re-clean promise, or money-back policy on this site. If a written policy is later approved, it will be stated clearly on this page or in your confirmed plan.

16. Move-in / move-out conditions

Move-in, move-out, and turnover cleaning depends on the condition of the space. Photos and an honest description help us quote accurately.

We may need to adjust scope if the space differs materially from what was described.
