HSH Cleaning & Janitorial is an operating business of Home Service Hub. This notice covers information you provide through the HSH Cleaning website, quote forms, and email at cleaning@homeservicehub.co.

It does not replace the Home Service Hub Privacy Policy for marketplace accounts, matching, messaging, or provider subscriptions. If you use those marketplace features, that policy also applies.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Service details: home or workplace, service type, frequency or schedule preferences, timing, and related optional fields such as square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, last professional cleaning, facility type, restrooms, occupant count, walkthrough preference, and organization name.
• Free-text notes you add about the space, access, or requirements.
• Technical data needed to operate the form reliably, such as IP address used for rate limiting and basic request logs.

3. How we use this information

• Review your request and prepare a quote or follow-up questions.
• Contact you about scope, pricing, scheduling, walkthroughs, and service questions.
• Provide and manage cleaning services you later confirm with us.
• Operate, secure, and improve the HSH Cleaning website and quote flow.
• Comply with law and protect against spam, fraud, or abuse.

4. How we share information

We share cleaning-request information only as needed to operate this business.

• With HSH team members who review quotes and communicate with customers.
• With service providers that help us send email and host the website, under obligations appropriate to that work.
• With Home Service Hub as the parent company, for operations, recordkeeping, and support.
• When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

5. Retention and requests

We keep quote and service communications as long as needed to follow up, provide service, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.

6. Marketplace privacy
